I'm not really sure what I was expecting when I ordered this product. The website boasts that it "boosts memory, focus, and clarity ... promotes lower stress and anxiety." The instructions say to take 2 capsules a day, one with breakfast and one with lunch. Most of the listed ingredients are already present in the multivitamin I take daily anyway: Vitamins A, C, D, E, Iron, Calcium, B12, Folic Acid, etc. The usual stuff. Then there is a list of "Synergistic and Proprietary Formulation," which consists of a bunch of stuff I've never heard of, has no Daily Value established, and is NOT FDA APPROVED. They have it listed in their product description which I have provided blow. Feel free to skip this part: HUPERZINE A Derived from the serrata plant, promotes cognition by inhibiting an enzyme that breaks down the key neurotransmitter acetylcholine. • VITAMIN E Plays a huge role in protecting membranes from oxidation and deterioration, and Omega 3 Fatty acids from per oxidation. • VITAMIN B1 Nerve Cells and other supporting cells need Vitamin B1 to sustain. They teamed up with a FDA Registered Lab to form an All Natural Formula." They even claim the product is made in an FDA approved laboratory. Sounds legit right? Then I read their legal disclaimer:

This is a set of adjustable training wrist wraps for support in weightlifting, body building, CrossFit, etc. They are made of polyester with Velcro straps, good quality, extra stitching. There is a thumb loop for extra support. These should last a long time. They are quite thick, unlike neoprene wraps, but once you get used to it they perform much better.

This product by #Toothfilm is designed to protect against stains and provide oral care. I brush and floss regularly so I feel pretty good about my oral hygiene, plus I didn't have any cavities at the dentist last month. I wanted to try it because my job requires that I taste wine at work. Not to be confused with drinking wine at work. I actually spit it out after tasting. Anyone who enjoys a glass of red wine has probably also noticed that the dark, inky reds will make your whole mouth purple. It makes for a really interesting work day. I keep a toothbrush in my desk, but it's rude to be talking to a wine supplier and excuse myself to go brush my teeth. I've tried an assortment of wipes designed to remove stains and they work okay most of the time, but it's still awkward to use in front of people. T-Spray is great because I can spray it on before tasting wine and not worry about having a big purple smile at the end of a supplier presentation. I plan to continue using this product and smiling after tastings.
This is the very first one piece snorkel mask I have ever used. It is so much easier to use than the traditional goggle and mouth piece sets. The key to success when using this mask is fitting it correctly to your face. It took me a few times to get it just right, but the payoff was totally worth it. I was initially concerned about the mask fogging up because of the design but anti-fogging design works quite well. This new style of snorkeling mask creates a more natural breathing cycle and I'm able to relax and stay in the water longer.
