The directions say to take five pills a day, however I decided to start with 2. The second week I added a third pill to my daily regimen. I have noticed that my joints are not cracking as often as they used to and I can tell a difference mostly in my knees. Although this wasn't a problem area, I am pleased with the results. My wrist pain has lessened. I plan to continue this as a daily supplement.
