Mediderm Laboratories

I got a pretty cool offer to review some products from Mediterm Laboratories. They let me go to their website and choose any three products I wanted to test. I ended up choosing:

Skin Clear Acne Kit
Eye Bag Dark Circle Eraser
Instant Face Lift Concentrate

The products are shown in their corrosponding order. I placed my order and got my package just two days later. When I opened it, the first thing I noticed was that everything felt slimy. The Face Lift Concentrate had been leaking, so I cleaned up and sent the company a quick email. It said: 
"I want to make you aware that when I received my package from FedEx the Face Lift Concentrate was leaking. The packing box did not appear damaged. When I unpacked it I noticed that the product box was damp, then I opened it to see that the bottle had been leaking. It is unclear what caused the leaking. FedEx may have jostled the packing box. It was also a rather warm day and I was concerned that the temperature may have caused the leak. I may simply have gotten a weak seal. Regardless, I want to provide you with as much feedback as possible and this was a concern to me. It was such a small amount of leakage that I was able to clean it up easily. This will not affect my ability to review the product."

The next day I got this reply:

"Thank you for reaching out to us to let us know of the issue with receiving the product. 
Please allow me to take to this issue back to our team and see if we want to ship another product to you. I will be in contact Monday afternoon. Thank you again for your feedback. "

After that I never heard back from them. No big deal, I went ahead and began using the Face Serum & Eye Cream. I gave the Acne Kit to my teenage daughter. That's when she pointed out that the kit had expired in 2012. I told her to go ahead and use it anyway and I would document the results. I didn't bother contacting the business again since they hadn't replied last time.

Aside from poor communication with the company, here are my honest and unbiased reviews for their products:

Instant Face Lift Concentrate- I used this for 7 consecutive days, applying once daily in the morning. It makes my skin feel tight on my face. I can't come up with a better way to describe it. I think it's working, but I can't see any visible results. I have super sensitive skin and this didn't cause any irritation.

Eye Bag Dark Circle Eraser- I used this for 7 consecutive days, applying once daily in the morning. It completely got rid of the dark areas under my eyes. I can see the results in the mirror. It does cause my foundation to crease which is the only disadvantage to using this product. A little goes a long way. I think they sent me a lifetime supply.

Skin Clear Acne Kit- My daughter claims this makes her face super soft and wants me to touch her cheeks every night after she uses it. It seems to help with trouble areas. I suspect it would work better if it wasn't so long out of date.
